The first digital phone line for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in India, Heyo Phone, has been introduced by MyOperator, a prominent cloud communications firm. Through a single business number, the digital phone connection will assist SMBs manage their client relationships and enhance their WhatsApp chat and customer call experiences. Heyo aims to make communication simple for SMBs, professionalise their customer experience, and empower small and mid-market retailers, traders, and freelancers while MyOperator offers a full-stack communication platform (CPAAS) to over 10,000 businesses, including Lenskart, Apollo, PWC, Wow! Momo, E&Y, and Amazon.

With the introduction of Heyo, over 65 million SMBs in India will be able to communicate with customers and conduct business online. Heyo helps SMEs improve customer interactions by providing a single number and a single dashboard to manage all client calls and chats. Heyo also seeks to turn every encounter into a business opportunity. With digital Aadhar verification, a business owner may activate his Heyo number in under a minute, link all of his employees, connect WhatsApp, and start a full-featured customer engagement platform. All of this is available on his smartphone at a cost he can afford.

The SMB communication market is worth $40 billion worldwide, but only $4 billion in India. Heyo wants to be a market disruptor as a first mover while completing its goal of digitising Bharat’s companies. The platform for PM Narendra Modi’s “Mann Ki Baat” was decided upon as being MyOperator.
