Definitive agreements have been reached by Adani Defense Systems & Technologies Ltd. (ADSTL) to purchase Air Works, India’s largest and most diverse independent MRO with the largest pan-India network presence spanning 27 cities.

“From the initial P-8I aircraft Phase 32 checks to the Phase 48 checks and MRO on the landing gear of the Indian Air Force’s 737 VVIP aircraft, Air Works has built broad operational capabilities for important defense and aerospace platforms in the nation.
Air Works maintains its fleet of ATR 42/72, A320, and B737 aircraft at facilities in Mumbai, Delhi, Hosur, and Kochi that are EASA and DGCA approved “a statement from the Adani Group company.
“Given India’s growth trajectory and the government’s goal of connecting the country through a vast mesh of air connectivity, it seems likely that the country’s airline and airport sector would experience its most rapid expansion in the years to come. Therefore, the area of maintenance, repair, and overhaul is essential to both the defense and commercial aerospace industries.
