The chief executive officer and director of TridhyaTech, Ramesh Marand, stated, “As part of our employee recognition programme, we are giving automobiles to staff. I firmly think that our employees should share in the wealth we have generated.

A software development business called Tridhya Tech provides services for developing web, mobile, and eCommerce applications. According to sources, the employees who have received automobiles quit their secure positions to found the company, which was created five years ago.

Such initiatives raise an eyebrow at a time when major digital companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft are laying off workers.

Due to job cuts by businesses, the IT sector is currently experiencing one of its roughest times. According to the research, over 250 enterprises will lay off almost 90,000 workers as early as January 2023. The combined layoffs at Amazon, Google, and Microsoft total 40,000 individuals.

India is also experiencing layoffs as a result of businesses like Byju’s firing hundreds of workers.
