As of today, Linda Yaccarino will become Twitter’s new CEO, according to a Wall Street Journal story. Yaccarino, a former employee of NBC, has also enlisted the help of her dependable advisor Joe Benarroch to develop Elon Musk’s “Twitter 2.0.” Benarroch was welcomed by the new Twitter CEO in a tweet. Regarding Musk, he will have more time to devote to Space X and Tesla, two of his other businesses. Even though he won’t be Twitter’s CEO, Musk had earlier stated in a tweet that his “role will transition to being exec chair and CTO, overseeing product, software, and sysops.”

Benarroch expressed his excitement about contributing his skills to Twitter and collaborating with the group to develop Musk’s Twitter 2.0 in a LinkedIn post.

On Sunday, he posted, “Tomorrow, I embark on a new professional journey at Twitter, taking on a position focused on business operations. Being at NBCUniversal, where I get to work with Linda and our leadership team, push and scale our business priorities, foster significant advocacy, and support fantastic collaborations across the whole industry, has been an enormous honour.

I’m excited to bring my skills to Twitter and to collaborate with the entire team on building Twitter 2.0.

Yaccarino also sent a tweet to welcome her former NBC coworker to Twitter.

“Welcome to the flock, @benarroch_joe,” she wrote. a bird to another bird. @Twitter, let’s go to work! #timetofly.”
