BharatPe, a domestic finance business, is offering a special bonus to IT professionals who join the tech team as new hires. The first batch of BMW motorcycles from BharatPe started to be distributed to new members of the tech staff at the company.

BharatPe’s founder and CEO, Ashneer Grover, posted on LinkedIn that product managers now have access to the benefits of working with the fintech company. Grover stated in the LinkedIn post, “It’s true. This is it. It is awaiting your arrival. The first batch of BMW motorcycles is being delivered to the tech team’s newest members. We are pleased to inform you that the bike and gadget package for product managers has now been expanded.”
These benefits were previously disclosed by BharatPe as a part of the company’s Referral & Joining Policy. The domestic fintech company announced it will offer packages to 100 new hires that will include benefits like BMW bikes, Jawa Perak, KTM Duke 390, Airpods, Samsung Galaxy watches, and others in an effort to draw in young talent from all over India.
The company is attempting to keep its current employees satisfied in addition to concentrating on luring in new talent. According to LiveMint, the finance company has advanced the tech team’s evaluations by eight months for this reason. The tech team at BharatPe received 75% increments, which were distributed between CTC and incremental ESOPs.
BharatPe offers its new hires the chance to select between two different packages: the bike package and the gadget package. The joinee can select a motorcycle from the BMW G310R, Jawa Perak, KTM Duke 390, KTM RC 390, or Royal Enfield Himalayan if they opt for the bike package. Other products offered by the company include an Apple iPad Pro (with Pencil), Bose headphones, a Harman Kardon speaker, a Samsung Galaxy Watch, a WFH desk and chair, and a Firefox Typhoon 27.5-D bicycle.
Not only that, but from October 17 to November 14, 2021, BharatPe will deploy its complete tech team to Dubai to attend the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
