At the electronic duo Rüfüs Du Sol’s performance at the Sundream Baja music festival in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Musk was spotted dancing and gyrating in the audience.
Musk can be seen “feeling himself” in the centre of the rave as the music is played loudly across the crowd in a video that has gone viral on TikTok and Twitter.
It’s not the first time that Musk’s dancing has caught the public’s eye. Musk gained notoriety for his fist-pump moves at the opening of the Tesla gigafactory in Berlin, Germany, last year.
Linda Yaccarino, a former NBCUniversal executive, was named the next CEO of Twitter earlier this week, according to Elon Musk.
While he switches to a job focusing on technology, product design, and software, Musk stated that Yaccarino “will focus primarily on business operations”.
Musk isn’t the only wealthy person who has recently been seen having fun in public. Jeff Bezos was seen dancing to Bad Bunny at Coachella last month with girlfriend Lauren Sanchez and some members of the Kardashian-Jenner family.
On Monday afternoon, Musk’s estimated net worth was $167 billion.
