On October 10, Hulu raised the price of their subscriptions. In August, pricing increases were announced for Disney+, ESPN+, and the Disney-owned streaming service. For the time being, Disney package subscribers are secure because Hulu has not raised the cost of their subscription. Later in the year, the cost of the bundle offer with ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu with advertising will climb. The bundle’s monthly price increases from $13.99 to $14.99. Fortunately, the $19.99 monthly price for the Disney bundle, which includes ad-free Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, will remain the same.

Prices for the Hulu Live TV bundle as of right now won’t change, but one is undoubtedly on the way. You can get Hulu Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+ for $69.99 per month. Ads are also included with this subscription, which combines Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu. Hulu Live TV, ad-supported ESPN+, and ad-free Disney+ will all continue to cost $74.99 a month.

The cost of streaming services frequently rises. In January, Netflix raised the price of its U.S. subscription tiers. Hulu increased the price of its subscriptions last year around this time.

One of the reasons churn and return are so prevalent is that consumers may feel overwhelmed by the increases. Less than 30 million cancellations were found by Antenna in Q1 2022, which was 12% more than any previous quarter.
