The damage to one kidney was 80%, while the other was 90%. His family made the decision to have him receive a kidney transplant in a facility in Nadiad, Gujarat, after conducting extensive research.

Omprakash’s older sister Sheelabai Pal, who lives in Raipur’s Tikrapara, volunteered right away when the doctors informed the family that they required a kidney donor. She underwent all the testing and was determined to be the ideal match.

On September 3, a kidney transplant operation is scheduled. Omprakash and Sheelabai are both in Gujarat right now getting ready for the operation.

Sheelabai claims that she is taking care of her brother because she adores him and wants the best for him. Sheelabai tied a rakhi on Om Prakash a week prior to the scheduled kidney transplant as a promise for his safety.
