Employees who live near development centers (DCs) or who work in those areas twice a week will travel to the workplace.
In order to determine whether employees who live outside of the DC towns can return to their base development centers, the corporation will urge them to start preparing over the next months.

According to Chief Financial Officer Nilanjan Roy, depending on the clients, the regulatory climate, and a number of other factors, they are considering a hybrid style of work in the long run.
Infosys has unveiled a three-phase plan for returning to the office. The office plan’s initial phase of work is now in progress.
Employees can choose to visit the office twice each week based on their convenience as part of this. Employees have the option to accept a transfer or move to the branch office of their choosing later on in the next phase.
Infosys will use feedback from both phases while determining its hybrid work policy in the final phase.
In this approach, a three-phase plan for the transition was developed by this IT company with offices in Bengaluru.
Salil Parekh, the company’s CEO, released a statement last month in response to the ruling.
He claimed that Infosys would keep up its accommodating policy for workers who prefer to do so from home.
In an internal message, the IT major told its staff about a three-phase work-from-office strategy.
The Executive Vice President and Group Head of HR Development, Krishnamurthy Shankar, claims that their strategy would give staff flexibility and is not a “one size fits all approach.”
The creative and practical merging of project and business imperatives with everyone’s convenience while working will be great to watch, Shankar continued. “It will be interesting to see how our teams will develop their own return-to-office ideas.”
At any given time, Infosys’ India offices have roughly 45,000 staff working there, according to CEO Parekh’s announcement from last month.
“We are finding that the approach taken thus far has been highly appreciated,” he continued, “and this figure has been steadily rising.”
