According to the notification, if the Hanuman temple is not relocated from the encroached area, the district authorities will take steps to dismantle the edifice.

A temple in Morena district’s Sabalgarh region is built on land claimed by railroads as government land.

Morena is undergoing broad gauge work, and the incursion was discovered during this time.

The cost spent on destruction of constructions built on encroached land would also be recovered from Lord Hanuman, according to the notice.

Nevertheless, North Central Railway Public Relations Officer Manoj Kumar stated that the warning was given in Lord Hanuman’s name by mistake and that a second notice has been issued against the temple’s priest.
