Michael Joseph, a citizen of Brooklyn, New York, used to hold a full-time teaching position. According to the New York Post, Joseph increased his income from around Rs 30 lakh to about Rs 1 crore by doing what he enjoys. He has not only made good money, but the employment has also enabled him to save up Rs. 8.16 lakh for his 18-month-old toddler’s education fund in addition to purchasing a Middletown, New Jersey home and a new automobile. The 34-year-old even recently took his family to Disneyland.

He claimed that it has been a blessing for him in an interview with the news organisation. Joseph disclosed that he began dog-walking in the beginning of 2019 as a side gig to supplement his yearly salary as a special needs teacher at a private school. He liked to stroll through Prospect Park with his black Labrador mix, Willy, and the other canines there always appeared to adore how loyal his dog was. When asked if he was available for hire, Joseph did not object.

He chose to leave his teaching position after considering the prospective compensation. He launched his own company, Parkside Pups, in July 2019, and by the end of the year, he had earned Rs 28.56 lakh. He had a sizable number of loyal customers who paid $20 for 30-minute walks. Joseph reported being astounded by his lifestyle as a business owner after earning about Rs 1 crore the previous year.

While the epidemic made it challenging for Joseph to work, after the offices reopened, business picked up quickly. He made the decision to expand the company last year and has since developed an app and employed more personnel.
