The RRR actor has expressed interest in joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Now, it appears that the groundwork for the project has been put in when Jr NTR met with Marvel Studios’ CEO, Victoria Alonso, in the United States.

On January 11, Jr NTR and Ram Charan’s RRR won a Golden Globe for Best Original Song (Naatu Naatu). This is the first Asian film to receive this prestigious award.
Jr NTR mentioned last week that he would want to star in a Marvel film. An American journalist introduced him to Marvel Studios CEO Victoria Alonso at the Golden Globes 2023 afterparty. According to Variety’s Mark Malkin, the two briefly conversed. Will Jr NTR appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Let us cross our fingers.
Jr NTR previously told Variety that he would want to participate in a Marvel picture. “I’m waiting for it to happen,” he remarked.
“He’s very relatable,” he says of Tony Stark, his favorite character. He is similar to us. He lacks superhuman abilities. He does not originate from another planet. He’s not the result of a science experiment that turned him into the Hulk.”
Not only Jr NTR, but Ram Charan, also expressed interest in playing a superhero. “Captain America!” he exclaimed, revealing his favorite Marvel superhero. In India, we have some incredible superheroes. Why not bring one of our superheroes here?”
Ram Charan and Jr NTR respectively played Telugu freedom fighters Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. RRR, a fictional story based on the lives of these two liberation fighters, is written by SS Rajamouli.
