The statement made during the annual Abu Dhabi Global Market Finance Week here revealed that the USD 75 million global investment fund has a greenshoe option of USD 25 million.
In a press release, Dhawan stated, “I am thrilled to start a new inning and embark on this journey in the world of venture capital.
“Without the assistance of my business partners and the founding team’s dedication to this fund, all of this would not have been achievable in time for this week’s announcement and the deployment that is planned for Q1 2023–2024.
