“We have honoured all of the job offers we had made, reflecting our ethos of being devoted to our employees. We have been able to increase our business significantly ahead of this quarter’s staff expansion thanks to our investments in capacity building and the organic development of talent. According to Lakkad, “We think that our quarterly annualised attrition peaked in Q2 and should fall off from here, while experienced professional compensation expectations moderate”.
