House of the Dragon's marketing campaign

Many of the HBO series’ admirers, including Bollywood stars Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, are anticipating the premiere of House of the Dragon on Disney+ Hotstar. In a brief trailer, the Bollywood celebs expressed how eager they were to watch the series and hence indulging in The House of the Dragon’s marketing campaign.

Let’s find out The House of the Dragon’s marketing tactics Disney+ Hotstar have used for The House of the Dragon:

Both stars could be seen talking about the show in a video that was shared on their social media. Game of Thrones enthusiast Kapoor said that House of the Dragon is a fresh and distinct show and that Game of Thrones viewing is not required when Khan questioned him about the programme. Many non-GOT fans could harbour this scepticism.

Despite being a prequel to Game of Thrones, the series has its own plot and features fresh characters performed by a talented cast that includes Emma D’Arcy, Matt Smith, Paddy Considine, Olivia Cooke, and Rhys Ifans, Steve Toussaint, Eve Best, Fabien Frankel, and Sonoya Mizuno.

George R. R. Martin, Ryan Condal, Miguel Sapochnik, Sara Hess, Vince Gerardis, and Ron Schmidt serve as executive producers of the series, which is directed by Miguel Sapochnik, Clare Kilner, Geeta Vasant Patel, and Greg Yaitanes.

In addition to working with food delivery service Swiggy, Disney + Hotstar also created a trailer featuring two celebrities from Bollywood. The Swiggy rider has been transformed into a dragon as a result of their alliance. Users can see the tagline “Fire will reign, hunger will not” at the top of the screen after placing an order on the app. Our dragon rider is approaching! Up to August 29th, 2022, the dragons will bring your food over all of India.
