Details about This Italian town will pay you 30000 euros to relocate there

“There are many abandoned residences in the historical center that were established before 1991 that we would want to see brought back to life with new residents,” said local councilman Alfredo Palese.

The money supplied will assist you in purchasing a 500-square-foot home in the village. He stated, “We would provide up to 30,000 euros to those who want to relocate here and acquire one of these abandoned houses. The total investment will be divided into two parts: buying an ancient house and restyling it if necessary.”

Presicce is only a 15-minute drive from Italy’s southeast coast’s magnificent beaches, including Santa Maria di Leuca.

The town hall website will shortly be updated with an application form. To be eligible, you must commit to becoming a full-time resident and purchase one of the properties.

Presicce, which amalgamated with a neighboring town in 2019, is supposedly able to pay new residents the money.

“After the merger, according to Italian legislation, our larger region will be blessed with extra public funding, around 1,000,000 euros per year for several years ahead, which we aim to invest to revitalize the old neighborhood,” Palese stated.

Presicce has a population of 9,000 people, but only half of them live in the more outdated portion of town.
