The pricing range for Mankind Pharma’s initial public offering (IPO) has been established at Rs 1,026 to Rs 1,080 per share. Mankind Pharma is the owner of brands including Manforce Condom and pregnancy testing kit Prega News. Through the IPO, it hopes to raise Rs 4,326.36 crore.

A total of 40,058,844 shares will be offered for sale during the initial public offering (IPO), and the promoters and other current shareholders will sell their shares.

The company won’t receive any revenues from the IPO because it’s entirely an OFS; instead, the selling stockholders will receive the full amount.

50% of the net issue has been set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), with HNIs permitted to bid on 15% of the overall issue. Retail investors have been given the remaining 35%.

A minimum of 13 shares (one lot) and a maximum of 182 shares (14 lots) are available for retail bidders. On May 8 or May 9, the business is most likely to list on the BSE and NSE.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Axis Capital, IIFL Securities, Jefferies India, and JP Morgan are the book-running lead managers for the issue.

Along with a number of consumer healthcare products, Mankind Pharma is engaged in the development, production, and marketing of pharmaceutical formulations in a number of acute and chronic therapeutic areas.
