US-based Donald Trump Jr, son of former US President Donald J Trump, is set to visit India this month and may announce the Trump Organization’s entrance into the Indian real estate industry.
Based in New York Through a collaboration with Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers, the Trump Organization entered the Indian real estate sector.

The US firm and Tribeca have partnered with local developers, including the Lodha group, to construct premium projects under the Trump name. So far, four luxury projects have been launched, with one already completed in Pune.
“Donald Trump Jr. is set to visit India this month to commemorate Tribeca Developers’ 10-year anniversary,” Tribeca Developers said in a statement.
Donal Trump Jr. and Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, are expected to reveal business development plans in the country during this visit, according to the report.
“Tribeca’s relationship with the Trump Organization extends back ten years and has gotten stronger over time. Our 10-year anniversary would not have been complete without Donald Trump Jr., and I am happy that he will be joining us “Mehta stated.
“We also aim to announce our corporate expansion plans with the Trump Organization and other key milestones during this visit,” he added.
Trump currently has four projects in India: Trump Tower Delhi-NCR, Trump Tower Kolkata, Trump Tower Pune, and Trump Tower Mumbai.
The Trump Organization has already constructed a luxury property in Pune in collaboration with Panchshil Realty.
In 2014, it formed a partnership with the Lodha company for a housing project in Mumbai, which is now under construction.
Trump Tower, a 140-unit ultra-luxury apartment building in Kolkata, was unveiled in November 2017 by Unimark Group, RDB Group, and Tribeca Developers.
