The Eiffel Tower is the most Instagrammed landmark, with 7,192,685 photographs with the hashtag #eiffeltower and an average of 1.5 million people searching for the French monument each month, while the Burj Khalifa is the most searched-for landmark.

Times Square in New York City was given third position, and Niagara Falls in Canada took fourth place, followed by the Taj Mahal in India.
