Workers at Twitter will put in 12 hours per day

Elon Musk, who recently acquired Twitter, also let go of a number of firm leaders, including Parag Agrawal, the previous CEO. According to rumors, Elon Musk has announced a new work policy.

A brief about Workers at Twitter will put in 12 hours per day, seven days a week, to fulfill Elon Musk’s deadline:

According to a report, a few engineers at the corporation have been instructed to work 12 hours a day, seven days a week as a result of the new guidelines established by Elon Musk, the new leader. The staff has been instructed to work in the aforementioned shifts in order to beat the deadline because failing to do so could result in their termination.

Additionally, according to the allegations, some people have been requested to work extra hours without having a conversation about their job security or overtime pay.

The deadline was set early this month, just a few days after Elon Musk took control of the business and sacked Parag Agrawal, the previous CEO. Several other Twitter executives apparently got the sack as well.

Elon Musk also made a brand-new announcement yesterday, stating that its blue tick service would cost $8 per month. Elon Musk addressed the negative feedback by saying, “To all complainers, please continue moaning, but it will cost $8.”

According to sources, employees must meet Elon Musk’s deadline and there are presently no discussions on job security, overtime pay, etc. The deadline is viewed as their careers’ make-or-break moment.
